I had the opportunity recently to review and host a giveaway for the newly released book, Healthy Joints for Life by Dr. Richard Diana.

Richard Diana is a former NFL player, turned doctor who focuses on joint pain relief and prevention for athletes. In his book, he brings it in to the mainstream athlete and average person who wishes to stay joint-pain free as they age.

His book outlines his researched diet, exercises, and lifestyle habits that have led to his own and others relief from joint pain. His main focus: reducing inflammation throughout the body. *Note: the perspective in this book is MUCH different from the dietary inflammation reducers I’ve mentioned on the blog here, but that’s why no one diet is right for everyone!
