Detox Series Week One: Spring Cleaning Detox Tips

This week, we have been traveling a bit and staying in a hotel (hence the funky grandpa chair and weird lighting this week ;)). With all the travel, eating out, and mini-fridge foods, a Spring Detox sounds more than welcome. Now, I really do enjoy traveling and working from afar, but this week has been a bit rainy and hard to walk around. I’ve been hitting the gym here a bit and bringing my yoga mat along with me, but food has definitely been funky and not my usual juices and smoothies for breakfast – but that is an entirely different topic. 

For the next month, we will be, discussing some Spring Cleansing Tips for your body, mind, and spirit, that will be easy to implement and help you to stay feeling energized. The key here is this: the more energized you feel, the more likely you are to feel good, the better you feel, the healthier the choices you make. Basically, you take a seat on the positivity train and let it roll. 

In this week’s video, I’ll give you a little 411 on some simple tools for a Spring Cleanse, including what to expect from both your healthy living tips AND your fitness videos in the upcoming month.
