Snacks to Swap

It’s a blustery, possibly snow day here, and I know for many of you in the States, it’s been snowing for quite awhile now. But no worries! While you are stuck inside, curl up under a blanket, watch your favorite shows and movies, try  new at home workout, and read a book or your favorite blog. And when you are tired of curling up on the couch, head to your pantry to check out your snacks. Then watch today’s video for some helpful snack swaps to keep in mind next time you go grocery shopping, January is almost over, but the winter is here to stay. Take time today to check in with your New Year intentions, tweak it as needed, make a few healthy swaps, and prepare for the long(ish?) winter ahead 😉

Today’s video features a few of your favorite, or maybe just the most convenient, snacks that might be staples in your household. I’ll talk about them, give you some options, and let you take the lead from there! All on your way to a healthy, happy you. And I promise, these options taste just as good, if not better, than the originals.

What swaps are going to try?

Peace and Love,

Jessi
