Weekly Healthy Living Tips

In 2013, The House of Healthy grew quite a bit – starting up a channel with weekly workouts, healthy living tips, and the launch of online programs. In the year ahead, I plan to continue to expand upon this and grow even more, including more online launches, workshops, and the publishing of Detox 101 through SkyHorse Publishing.

In the next few weeks, I’ll be featuring videos and tips to help you stick to your intentions and stay healthy and happy in the New Year.

For today, I thought I would share with you the top tips of 2013 to get you ready for the upcoming weeks. These are compiled into a playlist so you can navigate them with ease, finding your way to health simply.
