Today, I am heading down to visit my family for the holiday. We are heading away from any kind of cold, to the sunny state of Florida, where there will be beaches, sunshine, and lot’s of time to work on the 28 Days Program and my upcoming book. But no matter how sunny it gets there is one thing for sure – 

It’s the holiday season, which means thinking of others; spreading peace, joy, and love; and giving back. But in the spirit of Love, it also means taking care of yourself and getting back to a truly happy, healthy you.
Today launches the 28 Days to a Healthier You email series, which features sneak peeks and exclusive videos about the 28 Days to a healthier You program coming up in January. If you are on the fence, or just want to know a little more about healthy living, these videos are perfect for you.
In each one you will learn a little more about the program OR learn a fun healthy living tip, regardless of whether or not you sign up for the program. To receive these, you need to be signed up for the newsletter, which you can do right here.
