Weekly Workout: Lower Body Blast

Happy Workout Day!

The general consensus that I have been hearing is that everyone is still a little pooped from all the Thanksgiving festivities – whether its stress from entertaining, exhaustion from cooking a feast, sore muscles from shopping til you drop, or just an overly full feeling from all those leftovers, people have been feeling tired. And sometimes when we feel tired, we need a nap. Other times, we need a little boost to get us re-energized and moving again.

Which is exactly what we will do today.

In this week’s workout, we will stay low to the ground, on our mat, and work the lower body and core, while keeping the upper body contracted and steady.

This is a fun, lengthening, and toning workout that will help you slowly dig your way out of that energy slump.

(And if you are feeling great, no slump involved, this workout will keep you feeling great!)
