Happy Wednesday Workout!

And happy day before Thanksgiving! Many of you might already be starting to cook, bake, and indulge, so today we have a detoxifying, digestion enhancing, and core toning workout that incorporate some simple seated moves with your breath.

This workout is designed to not only tone your core, but to calm down any nerves or anxiety you might have from the holiday, as well as energize and uplift you for the day ahead. Pop the pies in the oven, sit back, and give this workout a a try!
