Happy Workout Wednesday!

Holy moly Thanksgiving is almost here! Next week we will gearing up for a busy holiday of (healthy) food, family, friends, and full bellies. To help keep you sane and healthy, I’ll have a special workout for you next week. 

And that means this is the final week (week 5!) of the Sleek and Sculpted Arm Series! In this week’s series, the focus is one big range of motion with light weights. This one is definitely a cardio-inspired arm workout. You’ll use your core, sculpt your arms, and even get your heart rate up!
