Weekly Workout: Sleek and Sculpted Arms Week 4

Happy Wednesday Thursday workout! This week had really gotten away from me and thrown quite a few obstacles in my way – some good, some super frustrating. But I’m guessing there will be some sort of lesson in the future I must be learning 😉

Anywho, your weekly workout is finally here. We are on week 4 of the Sleek and Sculpted Arm Series. This week features small, precise (not perfect) moves that target the some of your “trouble” zones in your arms. Its intense, but not painful, and very accessible even for beginners. These are 1 inch moves that keep your muscles contracted for the entire length of the exercise.
