Happy Workout Wednesday!
For the next 5 weeks, I have a series of Barre workouts for you. Each week, I’ll unveil a new 5-10 minute workout, designed to get you up and moving, increase your energy, and help you get toned, slim, healthy, and happy. You can practice each one separately, throughout the day to break up sitting for long periods of time, or, as they are released, link them together for a full length workout.
