The House of healthy can now be found at a NEW LOCATION, as well as here – the blog isn’t going anywhere!
For the past 6+ months, I have been working hard at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN), learning the ins and outs of Health Coaching. The newer site, which you can find under the Health Coaching tab here, is all about my Health coaching Programs. These programs are designed to help you regain your health and energy through food, exercise, and lifestyle improvements.

Mango Green Smoothie:
Makes approximately 1 serving
1 handful spinach
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup (vanilla) coconut milk
Throw it all in a blender and blend until smooth! You get raw foods, greens, and tons of nutrients and enzymes!
